Ship Keystone auth, multi-service handlers (Yoga→Dalmatian), Compose/Helm
packaging, API contract packs, and pytest/Pulumi coverage labs.

+
+Console is served from the Keystone/UI port (**5000** on the gateway).
+

+## Environment drawer
+
+- **OpenStack API pack** — list series, activate pack, set microversion overrides

+- **Unload / minimal** — reset to minimal seed
